All senior property managers have been with Primus Realty in excess of five years. With great enthusiasm and optimism Daina Primus trading as Primus Realty commenced business as a sole trader in 2004.

Operating initially from home and relying on word of mouth referrals Primus Realty soon outgrew its small home office. Suitable premises were found in the heart of South Perth on Mends Street in April 2005. This allowed the business to expand from operating as sole trader to a Pty Ltd Company employing up to seven staff. Properties under management recently peaked.
